Diverting Segment of a Three-Way Chute
Purpose: Receiving and directing the material flow into separate discharge points. The segment is equipped with guillotine-type shut-off gates operated by both pneumatic and manual drives.
In areas particularly exposed to wear, a replaceable lining made of wear-resistant steel plate has been applied.

Coal Stream Divider with Hydraulic Drive
Application: Receiving and directing the coal stream onto B1200 and B1400 receiving conveyors. The smooth adjustment of the divider gate position enables the distribution of the material flow according to operational needs.
The supporting structure ensures stable anchoring and bracing at the installation site. The unit is equipped with a replaceable lining made of wear-resistant steel plate.

Belt Conveyor PS-650
Application: A universal conveyor with a 2.2 kW drive, designed for transporting materials at a capacity of 20 t/h. The gear motor is mounted on the discharge pulley (⌀ 325 mm). The self-supporting route consists of repeatable segments, enabling configuration of the conveyor with a total length of 12 m. The belt is selected according to operational requirements depending on the type of transported material.
Stone transportation. The belt conveyor with a belt width of 650 mm and a length of 11 m operates as a stationary unit, with the possibility of feeding material either at the return station area or at any point along the route after modification of the feed chutes. The conveyor is manufactured in a galvanized version.

Discharge Chute from Vibrating Screen
Receiving chute designed to collect and control the flow of rock salt discharged from a vibrating screen. The component forms part of a mechanical material-processing line, ensuring an orderly transfer of the product to the next stage of the process.
The chute geometry was adapted to the existing downstream equipment in order to limit spillage at the transfer point and support stable operation of the installation. The welded steel structure was prepared for installation and reliable service in a demanding industrial environment.

Spiral Chute
Application: Coal transportation inside the storage bin at the Processing Plant.
The two-segment spiral chute, once assembled in the bin, enables the handling of coal in the “nut” size fraction while minimizing the risk of material degradation.

Discharge Extension Section for PS JZR 850 Conveyor
Application: Subassembly designed for installation along the route of a longwall scraper conveyor, with a total weight of 4,633 kg.

Transfer Station for B1000 Conveyor (Version with Auxiliary Drive)
The solution ensures optimal belt guidance. Reinforced version with a drive pulley intended for the installation of an auxiliary drive.
Application: Subassembly designed for installation at the point of inclination change in the roadway along the route of a salt-transporting conveyor. The lightweight version of the structure is applied in situations where there is no need to increase the conveyor’s power. The station is equipped with a discharge head featuring a rubber-coated pulley (⌀ 530).

Transfer Station No. II
Application: Receiving coal from the B1400 conveyor and distributing the material stream onto two Gwarek 1400 conveyors. The diverter gate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder powered by a local pressure unit. The control system allows both remote and local operation. The gate and chute components are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant liners. The supporting structure is fitted with working platforms to ensure safe operation and inspection of the equipment.

Support structure for the flue gas exhaust system
Steel supporting structure providing stable support for flue-gas exhaust system components. The design accounts for operational loads, site installation conditions and access for inspection and maintenance. The solution is prepared for integration with the remaining system components and safe operation in an industrial environment.

Drive Unit for Belt Conveyor PS 1000 (2×90kW)
Application: The drive unit is the main subassembly of the belt conveyor with a belt width of 1000 mm.
The drive version consists of two drive units rated at 2 × 90 kW with cylindrical gearboxes (ratio 1:19). The drive pulleys (⌀ 630) are supported on one side by the gearboxes via gear couplings and on the other side by bearing supports mounted to the side walls of the drive housing. The subframe allows bracing and anchoring to ensure stable installation at the mounting site.

Receiving Segment of Transfer Station No. II
Application: Directing the coal stream into the retention bin and onto the Gwarek 1400 conveyor.
The segment is equipped with load-bearing elements enabling stable installation in connection with the existing steel structure, and fitted with a replaceable 20 mm wear-resistant liner.

Spoil Discharge Chute
Application: Chute designed to properly direct the stream of transported material within the transfer station, equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant liner. This version is mounted to the discharge head of the conveyor boom and allows positional adjustment in three planes.

Drive Station for PS 440 Light Scraper Conveyor with Adjustable Supporting Structure
Application: Designed for haulage of mined material in working sections of underground mining plants. Dual-drive version rated at 2 × 30 kW, intended for stationary operation.

Distribution Segment of Transfer Station No. I
Application: Receiving material from the B1400 conveyor, dividing the stream and directing it to the receiving segment.
The diverter gate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder powered by a local pressure unit. The control system allows both remote and local operation. The gate and chute elements are fitted with replaceable wear-resistant liners. The segment’s design enables its installation on the existing structure closing the retention bin.

Overhaul of Side Shields of the Goaf Shield
Application: After the overhaul, the side shields will serve as equipment for the goaf shields in the powered roof support system of underground mining operations.

Overhaul of the Drive Shaft of the Scraper Conveyor
Application: After the overhaul, the shaft will be installed in the drive unit housing of the longwall scraper conveyor.

Reinforced Transfer Segment
Application: Subassembly enabling modular installation of a reinforced transfer section at any point along the route of the B1200 belt conveyor.
Depending on the coal feed volume, additional segments can be mounted to achieve a total transfer length of 6 m, 9 m, or 12 m. For corrosion protection, hot-dip galvanizing has been applied.

Overhaul of Drive Pulley
Application: The double-shaft drive pulley (⌀ 1030 × 1400) after the overhaul is intended for installation in the drive unit housing of a belt conveyor.
The overhaul included, among others, the replacement of the shell lining from rubber to ceramic in order to extend service life and improve friction coupling.

Deflection Pulley ⌀244.5/1400
Application: Subassembly installed in belt conveyors in the area of drive units and return stations to ensure proper belt tracking and provide frictional coupling on drive and return pulleys.

Belt Conveyor PS 1000 (2 × 90 kW)
Application: A complete conveyor system equipped with a boom with discharge chute, drive unit, loop-type belt storage, conveyor route, and return station with feed chute. Designed for haulage of mined material in underground mining operations, with a capacity of 1000 t/h and a belt speed of 2.56 m/s.

Application: Subassembly of a belt conveyor manufactured based on supplied documentation. It consists, among others, of a discharge head and 8 repeatable segments of 1250 mm each.

B1000 Loading Station
Application: Subassembly designed to operate with the return station of the PS 1000 conveyor, forming the coal stream at the transfer station.

Segmental Chutes, Right- and Left-Hand Execution
Application: Subassemblies mounted directly to the boom of a belt conveyor, shaping and discharging the material stream onto the receiving conveyor.
The versatility of the solution lies in the ability to adjust the relative position of the segments to achieve the optimal discharge path. In areas particularly exposed to wear, replaceable wear-resistant liners have been applied.

Loop Belt Tensioning Station
Application: Subassembly mounted in the loop-type belt storage system. Belt tensioning is performed by a KPG-type winch with a worm gearbox and a 15 kW motor.
Components are corrosion-protected by hot-dip galvanizing.

Drive Pulleys ⌀1030 × 1400
Application: The pulleys are manufactured in two versions, differing in the coupling method with the drive unit and the bearing arrangement within the drive housings.
The pulley shells are covered with a 15 mm thick rubber lining.

Lemniscate Links
Application: Subassemblies mounted in the powered roof support system. Manufactured in front and rear versions, they are components enabling the cooperation of the goaf shield with the base structure (floor bar).

B1000 Return Station with Loading Hopper
Application: Subassembly installed in a belt conveyor with a belt width of 1000 mm. The hopper sidewalls are made in a reinforced version using channel sections and lined with a rubber layer.

B1400 Belt Conveyor Drive Unit (4 × 250 kW)
Intended use: The drive unit is the main assembly of a belt conveyor with a B1400 belt width.
In the presented version, it is additionally equipped with an articulated joint and the first segment of the luffing boom.Drive configuration: Drive units rated at 4 × 250 kW with right-angle gearboxes and disc brakes.
Drive pulleys Ø1030, mounted on bearings within the drive housing, coupled to the gearboxes via disc couplings.The sub-drive frame allows anchoring for stabilization at the installation location.

Set of Three-Segment Dampers for WPK-5.0 Fan
Designed by Project Steel based on the existing fan dampers that required replacement due to operational wear.
- multi-segment damper arrangement (3 segments) with symmetrical closing;
- bolted connections enabling quick replacement of individual segments;
- edge sealing strips/gaskets to improve tightness;
- lifting lugs for safe handling and installation.

Coal Crusher Housing
Structure manufactured based on customer-provided documentation. The unit is designed for installation within an armoured face conveyor (AFC) trough line. Once equipped with a crushing drum, it is used to crush the mined material transported from the longwall face.

Working Platform
Purpose: A working platform designed for installation within an industrial facility in Hungary.
The project included the redesign and optimisation of the steel structure in line with applicable European standards and the client’s project requirements.
Our scope covered fabrication of the steelwork, corrosion protection and painting of the complete structure in accordance with the specified coating system.
The finished components were protected for transport, prepared for shipment and delivered to the final destination.
